The roll wrap process of carbon fiber is the most basic processing method, and it is also the advantage of high production efficiency and low processing cost.

First of all, we need to prepare the required metal mold and lay up the prepreg carbon fiber sheets according to different angles and thicknesses as required. Put the mold and prepared carbon fiber sheets on the rolling machine for rolling.

Secondly, wrap the mold with a layer of OPP tape for secondary compression. Put it into the oven for heating and forming. Take them out of the oven for cooling. Then take out the carbon fiber tubes from the mold and remove the OPP tape. However, some people like to keep the OPP looking, so they can keep them as are.

Thirdly, polish the surface of the carbon fiber tubes smooth and cut them to the required size. If necessary, we can apply the custom logo and spray the specified colors or make the carbon fiber tube with gloss finish.

Finally, after the inspection of QC, pack them and ship.

The rolled wrap carbon fiber tubes have a smooth and beautiful surface, with a variety of patterns to choose from and accurate tolerance. The traditional manual rolling wrap process has both advantages and disadvantages. Because of the particularity of carbon fiber processing, it relies on labor too large. With the higher and higher labor cost, and the market demand for carbon fiber pipes is increasing. The rolling process will gradually fail to meet the needs of the market, and other processing processes with higher scientific and technological content and higher efficiency will be derived.
